• Packed lunch

• Water bottle (at least 1 Quart)

• Snacks

• Medications

• Towel

• Sunglasses

• Reef Safe Sunscreen

• Lip balm with sun protection

Required Attire

• Swimsuit

• Rain jacket

• Shorts

• Long pants

• Warm hat

• Sun hat

• T-shirt (cotton is OK)

• Wool socks

• Fleece or light jacket

• Close toed shoes that can be worn while swimming (boat shoes are not necessary)

• Dry shoes for the car ride home

• Wetsuit (suggested but not required)

• Sun shirt (suggested but not required)
